I have been living here for more than five years and I have never encountered any of the "horrible people" or "gang members" that some of you are describing, so it's not true. Kids here are just like any other kids. Additionally, if there are roaches, it is the responsibility of the tenant to clean up. I have never seen any roaches in the five years of living here. Although the neighborhood has a "reputation," I feel as safe here as I would in any other place. Tony and Erica, the management staff, have always been professional with me. Tony makes sure that everyone abides by the rules and I am thankful for that because it could be a mess here if he didn't. Thus, I wanted to write this review to show that the rumors about Victoria Heights are false. If one is not sure, they can visit websites or contact the local police department to find out the stats for this or any other property.more ...hide ...

The manager and the people in charge of the office are horrible they leave you on hold for a long period of time they are rude and they arent doing their job right Worst place to go apply for an apartment

Sure, this area has a "reputation," but what goes on outside of here and inside is none of my business. My family and I feel secure here, just like any other place. Tony and Erica, the management, have always been professional with me. Tony keeps a tight ship, making sure that everyone follows the rules, which I'm thankful for. It could easily turn into a chaotic mess without her. I wanted to write this review so people don't get the wrong idea about Victoria Heights with all these lies.
