Additionally, if you have roaches, you should clean up; I have been here for five years and I haven't seen one. Sure, this area has a "reputation," but what goes on outside of here and inside is none of my business. My family and I feel secure here, just like any other place. Tony and Erica, the management, have always been professional with me. Tony keeps a tight ship, making sure that everyone follows the rules, which I'm thankful for. It could easily turn into a chaotic mess without her. I wanted to write this review so people don't get the wrong idea about Victoria Heights with all these lies. If you don't believe me, you can look up the stats on different websites or call the local police department to ask about this or any other property you're thinking of moving to. more ... hide ...

Initially, it was alright, but then we noticed some odd things like the managers coming into our place when we were not home and some young people smoking weed near our building. One day, I was getting out of the shower when I heard the door and I dashed to the entrance to see what was going on. It was "Toni" who claimed she had sent us a 24 hour notice, which we never got. I told her that, and then she gave me the 24 hour notice she said she sent the day before. Moreover, there are cockroaches and spiders here and when I went to the office to report it, nothing was done. Now, some of our neighbors have complained about the roaches and she is blaming us for it, even though I had already raised the issue months ago! In summary, I would definitely not recommend anyone living here since both "Toni" and Erica are very rude and act like they are superior to everyone else. We have tried to find someone higher up to report them to, however, nothing has worked. more ... hide ...
