I am appalled by the conduct of Cynthia at this property. She is extremely impolite, disrespectful, and condescending to the tenants here. She meddles in people's private affairs without their consent. If something is left in a common area such as the Club House or Laundry room, it will be discarded instead of being kept for the owner. Since many elderly people have difficulty remembering things, this lack of compassion is especially troubling. She has even been known to scream at occupants and order them to return to their apartments, treating them like children. My two-star rating is only due to Andy's kindness, helpfulness, and consideration for our well-being. He is always pleasant and upbeat and never speaks to us in a disrespectful way. I can only hope that new management will be brought in, so that we can live out our days in peace. Until then, we are living under the thumb of a prison-like environment, fearful of speaking up for fear of Cynthia's wrath. If you can, avoid this place until they have changed their leadership, as Cynthia will make your life miserable.
