I am in the process of moving in and the office manager has been very unprofessional. I was approved and shown the apartment on November 15, and it was ready to move in on December 1. I gave my current landlord this date, but it is now December 10 and I haven't received any communication from the manager. She even took a vacation without informing me. I am anxious and frustrated with this situation. My time and money are hanging in the balance and I do not feel good about the beginning of this relationship. Eventually, I moved in on January 11th, but the manager misplaced my February rent check and didn't tell me until now. Thus, I had to pay additional bank fees that the property will not reimburse me for; however, they will credit April's rent. As a result, I am now paying rent for April three days into March.
