This place has new Unfortunately i do not recommend you move here and the reasons why are explained below. The only good thing here is no lease so you have the flexibility to move out.I wanted to actually give no stars. This place has new owners for a few months now. And let me tell you looks like the new owner cant even afford to hire maintence workers. There is only 1 or 2 working here for a huge complex. Does not care about the tenants repairs that is needed. You will be waiting for a couple months. Yet they are raising the rent here while not fixing things in a appropiate manner. Also the manager is not very friendly with the tenants like the old manager was Roger. I heard from multiple people that most of the old mantainence workers quit cause the new owner wanted to give pay cuts. Looks like someone cant even afford to keep up this place. It was great here once they fixed things right away and we had a professional manager with friendly people skills.more ...hide ...
