And let me tell you looks like the new owner cant even afford to hire maintence workers. There is only 1 or 2 working here for a huge complex. Does not care about the tenants repairs that is needed. You will be waiting for a couple months. Yet they are raising the rent here while not fixing things in a appropiate manner.Also the manager is not very friendly with the tenants like the old manager was Roger. I heard from multiple people that most of the old mantainence workers quit cause the new owner wanted to give pay cuts. Looks like someone cant even afford to keep up this place.
