A very nice place for seniors, BUT the front office staff has a BAD ATTITUDE, VERY DISRESPECTFUL! I am new coming into this facility, therefore I am not familiar with the facility€™s policy, but I guess that is not a vA very nice place for seniors, BUT the front office staff has a BAD ATTITUDE, VERY DISRESPECTFUL! I am new coming into this facility, therefore I am not familiar with the facility€™s policy, but I guess that is not a valid excuse for the office staff. I walked by the front office, and instead of giving me a friendly reminder to wear a mask, she called out my grandma who is sick, in front of other customers. From the start of the conversation, she had a BAD ATTITUDE, when I did nothing wrong. Who ever she was, her attitude was unnecessary, and she racial profiled me assuming that I knew Spanish. I am not fluent in Spanish, I am new person coming into the facility, and I did not deserve this person€™s UNMANNERLY, IMPOLITE, RUDENESS. This is a really nice place, but beware of the FRONT OFFICE STAFF.more ...hide ...
