FIND ANOTHER APARTMENT COMPLEX Parking has always been a nightmare here A couple of weeks ago we were given assigned parking spaces for a monthly fee to alleviate parking issues However there has been absolutely NO enforcement to remove cars parked i FIND ANOTHER APARTMENT COMPLEX Parking has always been a nightmare here A couple of weeks ago we were given assigned parking spaces for a monthly fee to alleviate parking issues However there has been absolutely NO enforcement to remove cars parked in other peoples spaces Finally yesterday when we reported a car parked in our spot we were told it had been towednSo we parked in our spot and an hour laterOUR CAR WAS TOWED FROM OUR ASSIGNED SPACE WHICH WE ARE PAYING FOR The office manager Teresa apparently told the tow company to tow our car She is not only a terrible manager but she shows absolutely no empathy for making such a huge mistake Now she claims there is nothing she can do for accidentally having the wrong car towed She says she has to talk to a manager but she cant seem to get ahold of oneI THOUGHT YOU WERE THE MANAGERnNow we have to pay 300 to get our car out of impound so we can go to work Definitely find a more affordable apartment with parking and competent staff more ... hide ...
