Hi I am a single mom currently have rented a one room back house near the oleander area for seven years with my daughter she is 7 years old we have struggled out place has been coded because the builders never pulled permits the owner passed less than a year ago my daughter and I took a room in the main front house we need an apartment immediately our situation is bad there are three sons whom reside at this property in a garage conversion and the house I rented originally though it is tagged for permits I am the sole grocery buyer and take care of front house we are taken advantage of The house will be the banks soon after payments are depleted we have no home
