I have never been harassed or told by anyone that I could not be there. Even the some of tenants and maintenance man has seen us there and never been told to leave. The other day we went to play and the owner I think it was preceded to ask me if we live there or know anyone there and I said no, she then told me we have to leave, I told her we have been playing there for years and never been told anything, and I didnt understand why. She got extremely rude and disrespectful. My daughter than starting crying cause she didnt understand why we couldnt play. I told her that there are no signs and I have never been told that we couldnt be there. I am very disappointed in how she went about it and she did not have to be so rude.more ...hide ...

I was a tenant from May to September, and the place was infested with cockroaches. Their pest control person came out but he did nothing useful; it seemed as if he sprayed something to make more roaches appear. Furthermore, the manager rarely showed up during business hours, and they never returned calls or answered when contacted. Because my son had an allergy doctor's note stating he was sensitive to cockroaches, they let me out of my lease early - I got everything out by September 26th and gave them the keys in October (due to time spent at Children's Hospital with my son). However, I recently received a notice in the mail that said I had to pay rent for October - which is wrong since my move-out date was at the end of September. Every attempt made to contact them about this issue has been unanswered; all evidence such as phone records, photos of roaches taken on specific dates, copies of 30-day notices and other tenants' confirmation that we moved out before October have been kept for proof. It is extremely unprofessional conduct from their side.more ...hide ...
