When I initially sought out the Raintree Apartments online for affordable housing, their advertised price was inaccurate. It was not income-based. When I called the listed number to make an appointment, the call center said nobody was available. The individual I spoke to was taken aback that the call center had stated they weren't there. I asked if there were any available units and they told me they didn't know. I requested to have a look at the units, but they told me they do not do tours. I also asked if they had a floor plan, to which they responded no. As someone with experience in the leasing business, I found this very peculiar. Consequently, the manager talked with me. She revealed that the corporate office decides which unit one receives after approval, so even if you like something, you may not get the location. To that end, I asked how long the approval process takes, and was told that was not something she could tell me. From the start, this place seemed shady and I couldn't imagine being a tenant there. This place has poor management they are very unethical They never fix anything it is frustrating and sad at the same time If you are looking to rent an apartment here one word RUN
