So sad that residents have to deal with management that is truly \"hands off.\" No personal attention here. Definitely one size fits all! First of all, there is new management every couple of years. First of all, there is new management every couple of years. Management will not repaint or change the carpet, no matter how long one lives there; even if the damage is no fault of your own. Cracks in the wall? They patch it, but wont repaint the wall. Water-soaked carpet? They will dry it out, but wont shampoo or steam clean the carpet. To be fair, parking situation may have gotten a little better, outside lighting was improved, and new windows were installed. Seems that they want to keep up appearances on the outside, but remain totally out of touch with residents.more ...hide ...
