The residents that dont like the managers dont like to follow rules and regulations. I have NEVER seen a manager go out of her way to help her tenants in all aspects. I hope they stay because it may go downhill with a soft easy going manager. This manager is FIRM. FAIR AND CONSISTENT.When someone pays the majority of all rents, tenants should be glad that the rules must be followed. People dont like change and prefer managers who allow people to do what they want. This makes the community nasty, run down and unsafe. The residents should appreciate that it is now clean and the trouble is way down from years ago. People from the community talk about how much better this community is, including police, fire, city and local businesses. The residents who dont like rules or dont want to follow them need to get a house and make their own rules. Until then, keep pushing tenants to either obey or leave!Ÿ’œŒmore ...hide ...
