FAIR AND CONSISTENT.When someone pays the majority of all rents, tenants should be glad that the rules must be followed. People dont like change and prefer managers who allow people to do what they want. This makes the community nasty, run down and unsafe. The residents should appreciate that it is now clean and the trouble is way down from years ago. People from the community talk about how much better this community is, including police, fire, city and local businesses.
