Until I get a callback, I will continue to post negative reviews daily. Two weeks later and I still haven't gotten my money back. I was even charged a prorated fee for late submission of keys, despite the fact that my grandmother had passed away and I had no way of catching the manager until the 9th of February. I had the unit cleared out and ready to go two days later. To make matters worse, I was charged a cleaning fee even though the unit was already spotless. I urge you to stay away from this management, as I am appalled at their underhanded tactics. I will update you all with further developments. more ... hide ...
