When I first arrived, my apartment was filthy and I complained to the management but nothing changed. My nieces visited and helped me to clean. We elderly, who have worked hard all our lives and are now retired with limited funds, should be treated with as much respect as the younger generation. Furthermore, I doubt you will get all of your deposit back when you move out, if any. I didn't hang anything on the walls and kept the place immaculate, but the list of 'issues' included things that were false, such as my fridge light not working. During the walk through/inspection, the guy simply said it needed 'a bit of touching up on the closet shelf', however, the scuffs were already there before I moved in! It's sad to see how seniors are taken advantage of just because of their age. It's not right. People should be ashamed for treating us this way. more ... hide ...

I had to call the Security Patrol one night to check on my grandma and they did she was fine but Im still happy that the staff even when the office is closed was so responsive They really do care
