This place sucks I definitely would not live here Especially at certain times they have really messed up managers that attend to their own agenda and dont follow the rules but yet they expect you to follow the rules total double standard they suck

Beware the address as it is on Lost Ave not Evelyn. Only negative bad physical address. Hopefully this should be rectified soon. Wild turkeys, squirrels, possum, rabbits, an occasional deer or skunk. This is a senior complex with great neighbors. Every appt. comes with its own front porch so everyone decorates accordingly. All apts have their own water heater and central HVAC. Theyre are ceiling fans in living room and bedroom. Handicap appts come with side by side refrig. The management staff is excellent. Wait list is long as alot of visitors want to move here and why not, this is one of a kind country living!more ...hide ...

Best place I have ever lived in... for a HUD facility. Managed by the VOA, Volunteers of America and a great staff.
