6 years ago, this place had lush grass and an inviting atmosphere. Unfortunately, the gates have been broken for two years consecutively. The local slums now use it as a drug hub. My friend's unit has not been fumigated in two years either- three doors were taken last year, three years late, and still have not been replaced. The management is appalling as they are unreachable during business hours. I find uninvited people in my apartment at least twice a year, usually to do inspections and list things they promise to repair, including our refrigerator that hasn't been working for over a month. The tiles have huge spaces between them and my kids have been getting cut because of it- it's hard to clean the gaps out. We are not talking about grout, but rather the tiles that have gaps due to improper installation. They promised to fix everything within the first week, but it's been nearly five years and still no resolution to our basic needs. The fixtures, such as the sink, are cheaply made, and no matter how clean you are, there will always be roaches since they do not fumigate until someone is evicted.
