Once you are in they kinda forget about you until the rent is due Hard to get maintenance took them over 6 months to replace garbage disposal and light fixture in bedroom Thay are under staffed

6 years ago, this place had lush grass and an inviting atmosphere. Unfortunately, the gates have been broken for two years consecutively. The local slums now use it as a drug hub.
