Honestly, these apartments and the workers here are the most hardworking I have ever come across. Sarah was a great help in finding a new home for me and my four kids, especially because we were living in a shelter before. Sarah was a great help in finding a new home for me and my four kids, especially because we were living in a shelter before. My kids adore her and she always requests the maintenance team to help out with whatever I need. She makes sure all the tenants are taken care of, and we see the maintenance man every morning before dawn, sometimes sweeping and cleaning the grounds. We have even seen him helping kittens out from underneath a car. Management is very professional and caring; that's an understatement. They have made it clear that they are here to support people. Although this location isn't perfect, for a family like mine, it's close enough. Sarah always keeps us informed about the covid regulations, as well as local food banks and resources that some of my neighbors are not aware of. I would highly recommend this place to everyone who is starting out or is in need of a home. Even if she doesn't have an available apartment, she will give you suggestions of other places close by, and even in Sacramento. I am truly thankful for her dedication.more ...hide ...

The worse place to live in They need to be reported the living conditions are terrible staff is the worst Maintanence even more worse unsafe un sanitary
these apartments were nice back then but now they are turning ugly and manegment isnt the best it can be but they would be nice again if they did fixess

I live in this apartment complex and I have not been happy with the new management. They have not been keeping up with the upkeep and appearance of the grounds, and they have already raised the rent. Thus place dont care about disabled vets I made #1 one the list and kept getting bumped for what tthe manger called disabled persons witch turned out to be drugies and hookers .
