Beware the address as it is on Lost Ave not Evelyn. Only negative bad physical address. Hopefully this should be rectified soon. Wild turkeys, squirrels, possum, rabbits, an occasional deer or skunk. This is a senior complex with great neighbors. Every appt. comes with its own front porch so everyone decorates accordingly. All apts have their own water heater and central HVAC. Theyre are ceiling fans in living room and bedroom. Handicap appts come with side by side refrig. The management staff is excellent. Best place I have ever lived in... for a HUD facility. Managed by the VOA, Volunteers of America and a great staff.
