Its okay Quiet close to freeway When mgmt changed a lot of things went downhill Staff was very unorganized Things get removed cant use common area on the weekend anymore gym hours decreased no longer space to toss large furniture for disposal cant haIts okay Quiet close to freeway When mgmt changed a lot of things went downhill Staff was very unorganized Things get removed cant use common area on the weekend anymore gym hours decreased no longer space to toss large furniture for disposal cant have plants on the porch anymore but rent increases by a lot and we dont get anything added They increased rent twice immediately after moratorium ended But its still a good price Not when similar units at your location in Tustin are being rented out for 500 less per month It cant be based on income because 1 I was told the government sets the price and 2 my rent increased 200 even though one of us is no longer working I ask questions but the answers are basic Sidenote it appears the creepy maintenance man is no longer here and staff is currently okaymore ...hide ...
