Many people have already complained about the customer service here and I am no different. The apartments are lovely but the folks in the leasing office make it difficult to live here. The apartments are lovely but the folks in the leasing office make it difficult to live here. They are very rude; especially the manager (Bethany Comb). The rot starts from the top and trickles down to other employees. There is no customer service spirit here at all. All they want to do is avoid or deflect. Helping residents is not their priority. I had an issue with my car being towed even though I had registered it on the do not tow list. Bethany Combs refused to apologize for the mix-up and stated she is not the one that tows cars. If Alta Spring employs a towing company as a vendor, I dont think it should absolve them when an issue like this arises. A simple apology would have gone a long way but unfortunately, I was told I can break my lease and move out if I hated the apartment building and its policies.more ...hide ...
