I highly advise going elsewhere as this is the most unprofessional and impolite management I have ever encountered. The "ladies" in the office are bullies, particularly Pam! On hot days, the office door is left open which permits the fragrance of their chain smoking to pervade; Pam even carries lit cigarettes in her mouth or smokes outright at her desk. They voice insults within hearing range of tenants and even referred to one female as names for her Google review. She says with pride how her son (a firefighter) refuses to save suicidal people as they are a misuse of time when other individuals require "genuine assistance". They talk and spread out rumors, take terrible care of employees, and go to quite long lengths to TRY to conceal their errors instead of dealing with them. Pam appears to be inebriated half the time and Nadia actually asked my spouse to suggest a place where her husband could buy something to help him pass a u.a.!! Do not share your personal life with these people no matter how nice they appear! The office is a snake pit. After the shooting that recently happened, they did nothing they promised to support the people affected and from my understanding are facing a lawsuit from a former staff member. First off I had to call like every hour before I reached someone Then I politely asked if they had any 1 bed 1 bathroom available The lady says well when are you trying to move in so I asked when they would have something available and she straight First off I had to call like every hour before I reached someone Then I politely asked if they had any 1 bed 1 bathroom available The lady says well when are you trying to move in so I asked when they would have something available and she straight up was like I have no clue we are full Im sorry but why would you ask someone when they are trying to move in if you are full and have nothing available I then called back to see if they had a waitlist as once again the lady goes no because we have not gotten a 30 day notice but its first come first serve so just go online and see when we have availability This is comedy to me I have to go online every day pretty much to see if they have availability thats way too much work when they should have a system to make it easier for people who want to become a new resident at this place more ... hide ...

I came over 2 years every month to this place and looking for apartment The manager miss Pamela said that they dont anything last 5 years I hope that answer is true
