The gas fireplace and large covered patio were nice additions, though running the fireplace significantly increased our utility bill. The complex was kept clean and maintenance issues were addressed adequately. The main drawbacks were the lack of amenities (the "gym" was a joke) and the office/management staff, who were usually late and unhelpful. The office manager was especially rude. When we moved in, the unit was very dirty. We concluded that there were better options in the area for the same price, offering better amenities and more competent office personnel. more ... hide ...
