As a senior with multiple TBIs ( brain injuries), I requested 10 minutes of Accommodation and was refused, and manager dismissed my disability. They are too young, impatient, immature, and Tamara was unhelpful, unwilling and disrespectful. Great paper pushers, and sorely lacking in working with elderly.Additionally, Francis Heights/ Mercy (?)Housing, has failed to modernize, even minimally. To wit- they have no virtual tours for .Perhaps Mercy Housing needs to modernize, as seniors applying are Boomers, applying for themselves, nit theithose applying to preview the unuts; although Erin said she would try to get photosmore ...hide ...
