It's been six months since I've been living here and it has been fantastic! I'm very pleased with this area as there's plenty of food places, a movie theater, grocery stores and local shops all within walking distance--it's a great location. Even so, if I could find a landlord like James Olin again, I'd be content living in the middle of nowhere. Trust me, you won't find a more understanding or helpful landlord. When I initially had a question about a bill, I went into the office and he broke it down and explained everything to me. All he said was that he was delighted to help out and he'd work with me. And he did; if I was running late on rent, he didn't come banging on my door demanding it--instead, he gave me useful resources, extensions and tips on how I could still pay rent. I have a dog and he lets her into the office every time without fail. He always has treats for her and loves her too. When you chat or deal with him, it's like you're talking to a friend. This was my first apartment and I was so blessed to get James for my landlord. Whenever I call the office, James or Mackenzie answer and Mackenzie is always so sweet and amazing to work with. When we first moved in a year ago the owners were clearly trying very hard to make this place better. Now its all seriously gone downhill. You cant ever get a hold of these new people and they seem to be constantly doing something to the rent site so you have to pay in person. How are you supposed to do that when no one is ever here? Or wont even give you instructions on what to do over a phone besides giving you the same number you just called to call again.more ...hide ...
