I called into the office at 1102 am on 10132021 the lady picked up the phone and had a major attitude and when I asked did she have availability she straight up told me Yea and left it at that She wasnt interested in explaining any of the floor plans I called into the office at 1102 am on 10132021 the lady picked up the phone and had a major attitude and when I asked did she have availability she straight up told me Yea and left it at that She wasnt interested in explaining any of the floor plans and with that type of attitude like I told her Im ok because her customer service is way off and that type of energy I wouldnt want to live around I would have loved to rent a 3 bedroom and did a look and lease but again that energy will get me put out anyway Customer service is everything especially being a leasing agent I guess this was my welcome to Colorado not friendly at all I guess this shows me what I have to look forward to being a new resident to Colorado more ... hide ...

Nice place to live These apartments are affordable clean and spacious Its quiet and theres not a lot of people outside Pets allowed Office maintenance and security are friendly and helpful anytime needed

I honestly have had the worst experience at summit creek we moved into an apartment that looked nothing like the one they showed me I had to call in many maintenance request the back door wouldnt lock and the stove was lopsided and wouldnt heat Then I honestly have had the worst experience at summit creek we moved into an apartment that looked nothing like the one they showed me I had to call in many maintenance request the back door wouldnt lock and the stove was lopsided and wouldnt heat Then two weeks after we get settled we find a huge bed bug infestation that was there before we moved in The fact that they had no idea blows my mind with how large the infestation was how could they not know The amount of negligence on the managers part is incredibly horrible The property manager was okay with Avenue 5 and 6 star management is even more unhelpful They denied my request to switch apartments after treatment I am so incredibly upset the emotional damage this experience has caused my family not to mention the amount of money I have had to spend makes me sick to my stomach I would NEVER recommend this place more ... hide ...

So for so good and the staff has been keeping me informed throughout the move in process as well as after I appreciate the patience and kindness
