Where there is a easy access gate behind the apartments where anyone can get through with ease. The code to get in has been the same for years so anyone who used to live here or has been evicted from here still can come onto the property at any given time even if they have a restraining order against them. My apartment flooded twice from the washer and the last time that it flooded, my husband and I had worked that day and when we picked up our daughter from the babysitters our placed smelt so bad we could not even stayed here. We contacted maintains and they bought in a swinging fan and said they could not do anything until Monday (this happen on Saturday). After we had to get a place to stay with our 2 year old, the carpet people who is contracted through the apartments came in did their job fairly quick after they finally got the message from the office. I had requested them to do a mold check and they refused to do so (from the apartments). I have a child and I know any kind of mold can grow anywhere besides the bathroom or the kitchen like I was stated when I was talking to the office about this. Since the previous manager was replaced, this place has gone down hill and now it is trying to be a high end apartment complex in Commerce City. They have raised the rent now to $1000 a month on the second floor and I really dont see the value for it. Especially how our economy is. Unless you have everybody packed into a place then yes you can make it. But 2 hard working adults who is making ends meat just cant even afford this amount. But only good thing I can say about this place is the manager did work with us on our rent once when we were late considering we have paid our rent early or on time for the past 2 yrs while we lived here. That is about the only good thing about the place. Otherwise. These kids are still running up and down the halls knocking on our doors and running, trash is still being thrown out in the street/parking lot, people digging through the dumpsters for \"cans\" in the morning which makes me uncomfortable considering how much identity theft has been going on around here. Depends where your apartment is located the view is ok, but other parts it looks trashy and ghetto. The people with the dogs, some do clean up after them and others just let them do their thing and keep going. But this is my experience from when I lived here. I still honestly wish the previous manager was still here cause he did get out on the property and interact with the residence and see whats upmore ...hide ...
