They have not refunded my deposit I have lived here twice prior to the last and always got a full refund This office nor corporate will return my phone calls All are very unprofessional Moved out last December still nothing Oh and Carmen hangs up on more ...

My goodness I was talking to Carmen and asking questions about the apartment and she hung up on me in the middle of my questions wasnt finished asking how rude how do you rent if management cant answer your questions

Unless this is your last resort I would not recommend living here the new management has terrible customer service skills and have lost my contract now they refuse to fix it and threaten with eviction on a mistake they made they have not provided pro more ...
