Ive been at Parkview Terrace for about 9 months and Im really liking it! Past reviews have complained about management, but the current property manager is a real stand up gal. Past reviews have complained about management, but the current property manager is a real stand up gal. When I moved in there were some issues but eventually they were resolved.I love the area, easy access to trails and shopping. ~10 mins from Belmar. The townhouse layout is nice-- no neighbors upstairs or downstairs to worry about. Its pretty quiet here. It isnt the fanciest place but Ive found it is everything I need.more ...hide ...

The property is very lush and there is effort put into keeping the property nice. The 1 bedroom unit Im in is spacious and if there are any issues with appliances/carpet/etc. the staff is very quick to respond and assist. There are a lot of property companies in Denver that treat renters poorly so one of the best things about living here (if you value your property company valuing you) is the staff not only being on site, but the fact they are so helpful, empathetic and easy to get a hold of. Katie and Ettie are major players in making St. Moritz one of the best places in the Denver area. I was very picky when it came to choosing a place to live since I had negative experiences and from the beginning I have had nothing but positive experiences.more ...hide ...
