On my most recent visit, while doing volunteer work, I encountered a tenant who seemed to be in need of medical attention and not responding well. I was very anxious about this person's state and went directly to the office to express my worries, expecting them to go into the apartment to check on the individual or get in touch with someone from the emergency contacts list. However, the response I got from the office worker was shocking! After I explained the concern, she said, "And???" and then went on to say that this is not a nursing home, it is an apartment complex. I was astounded by her reaction and her disregard for the inhabitants' wellbeing or even humanity. I left the building, completely taken aback, and straight away contacted the Arvada police who soon arrived at the complex. The individual was assessed and taken away in an ambulance to the hospital. Who knows what could have occurred if the matter had been treated with the importance, urgency, or respect it deserved. Yes, it is not a nursing home, but it is a home, chosen to provide safety and security to those living there. How could someone overlook a critical situation?more ...hide ...

I absolute love living here! My neighbors in my building are very respectful and nice. The manager Julie is amazing and is top of everything as soon as it needs to get done. I wanted to reach out and say how wonderful I think this property is. I wanted to rent here a couple of years ago, but there was no availability for the several months I was looking to move. I wanted to rent here a couple of years ago, but there was no availability for the several months I was looking to move. The property managers were very accommodating in answering my questions and gave me a tour even though nothing was available at the time. I have a family member who lives there and he couldn€™t stop praising the managers and how fair and nice they are. Since I visit him frequently, I can attest to the lovely grounds, the Beautiful and clean pool, the well kept gardens, and the community vegetable garden. Any of the tenants I€™ve encountered during my visits are nice and appear to be hard working family people. I love that they have a place for family BBQs with a gas grill and the playground for children. It€™s a beautiful well maintained property in Arvada and nice for raising children.
