Since I visit him frequently, I can attest to the lovely grounds, the Beautiful and clean pool, the well kept gardens, and the community vegetable garden. Any of the tenants Ive encountered during my visits are nice and appear to be hard working family people. I love that they have a place for family BBQs with a gas grill and the playground for children. Its a beautiful well maintained property in Arvada and nice for raising children.
