I find that there are also other residents who have modified their balconies, and I€™m the only one Alicia chooses to discriminate against. Also, I don€™t know how they determine who is qualified enough to be property manager, but the current property manager at (camp) tantra lake is by far the worst property manager. I say camp because of the large amount of people who camp on the property. Camping is illegal in Boulder. Alicia could care less if you explain your disabled condition, and she is non empathetic period. For me what makes a good manager in general is if you are aware of residents needing accommodations and you go out of your way to make your residents want to stay by providing those provisions€¦but she won€™t do that. since Alicia has taken over I€™ve seen more people leave then rent€¦ she€™s lazy, and gives away preoccupied garages€¦ she doesn€™t follow through on garage requests either, and I€™ve been waiting for over two months, and she harasses only me when it comes to my balcony, and there are others on the backside of the building with modifications but for some reason I€™m the only one whose not allowed, and I€™m requesting to modify because of a documented disability€¦. !!!!!! I have never disliked living somewhere as much as I€™ve disliked the property management that Boulder housing partners continues to allow to run down tantra lake, and if my words matter, which I€™m pretty sure they won€™t€¦ firing Alicia, and replacing her with a property manager who cares about the residents, and whether or not they feel welcome here, would be a giant step towards success!more ...hide ...
