Here's our experience:PROS: a lovely apartment, modern updates, well-maintained (the apartment and the grounds), excellent and convenient location, quiet neighbors, near open spaceCONS: The management! Maintenance requests were addressed about half the time, and sometimes not acknowledged at all. We were particularly displeased with the office staff when it came to our move-out. Our designated contact was S. B. I tried to contact her numerous times with issues related to our move-out, but if I got a reply, it would take days, if not over a week. I left multiple voicemails and numerous emails to other staff members, hoping to get some answers, but only once did I receive a response - about three weeks later. Eventually, I started to think that all my voicemails and emails (regardless of the subject matter) were just ignored. Persistence doesn't always work, which was the case here. Other than our issues with the staff/management, our experience here was great.more ...hide ...
