Any time we have had an issue in the apartment (which honestly doesnt happen a lot, everything is in good condition) the maintenance team has always got it done either that day or first thing the next day, and they always do a great job! Management is VERY kind and helpful, we have never had an issue with the management. Luis Castro and Ashley Gonzalez are always polite and dont just see you as a resident they take the time to get to know you! The property is very well maintained and clean. Its nice to have a gym on the property with 24/7 access, and a pool that is very clean as well. The apartments, for being an older complex, are very clean and tidy, I have had very few issues with my apartment! I dont have to drive very far to work, its close to entertainment as well as restaurants or shopping, which is GREAT! I would DEFINATLEY recommend Franklin Flats Apartments. more ... hide ...
