My wife and I have lived in the apartment complex for a while now and I would recommend this complex to anyone and everyone looking in the Greeley area Any time we have had an issue in the apartment which honestly doesnt happen a lot everything is in My wife and I have lived in the apartment complex for a while now and I would recommend this complex to anyone and everyone looking in the Greeley area Any time we have had an issue in the apartment which honestly doesnt happen a lot everything is in good condition the maintenance team has always got it done either that day or first thing the next day and they always do a great job Management is VERY kind and helpful we have never had an issue with the management Luis Castro and Ashley Gonzalez are always polite and dont just see you as a resident they take the time to get to know you The property is very well maintained and clean Its nice to have a gym on the property with 247 access and a pool that is very clean as well The apartments for being an older complex are very clean and tidy I have had very few issues with my apartment I dont have to drive very far to work its close to entertainment as well as restaurants or shopping which is GREAT I would DEFINATLEY recommend Franklin Flats Apartments more ... hide ...
