Terribly slow maintenance Even when they do show up usually multiple weeks later they only halfway complete it Their online rent payment has never worked but they cant help you fix it They accept personal checks and cashiers checks but not money ordeTerribly slow maintenance Even when they do show up usually multiple weeks later they only halfway complete it Their online rent payment has never worked but they cant help you fix it They accept personal checks and cashiers checks but not money orders HUGE fee for bounced personal checks The dumpsters fill up every day and theyve never cleaned the hallways in the buildings been here 6 months been walking past a dirty feminine product in the stairwell for a whole week If youre lucky enough to have a single washer and dryer in your building to share its YOUR responsibility to submit a service request to an outside company The washer closest to me has broken 4 times already Not to mention all the package theft and generally awful neighbors why did the application process cost so much and take so much timeeffort if you just let anyone and their mother move innnThe one positive I can think of is that its about 50100 a month cheaper than anything else in the area Probably not worth it thoughmore ...hide ...
So far things have gone very smooth the people I have met are very nice and and care about who you are I think the grounds are beautiful I dont think I will be living in a dark unpleasant surrounding any longer
