Despite leaving the apartment in a better condition than when we had moved in, there were dry boogers on all surfaces, a filthy bathroom and dust and dirt on the vents. My partner was overwhelmed by how repulsive the space was, and yet they kept our entire security deposit without even offering us a portion of it back. I would advise anyone to avoid this property management group, especially if they don't want to be financially and emotionally robbed. I'm thankful to have left when we did, as we found a place with more amenities in the downtown area that was subsidized by the government and that treated us with respect for the same price.more ...hide ...

Modera is clean, swift to fix maintenance issues, and super responsive in the leasing office. My leasing agent, Ariel, is super sweet and helpful. She€™s definitely part of the reason I chose to live here, and I continue to be impressed by her service here. She majorly helped me out when I lost my key fab (and I€™d give her personally 6 stars if possible). I am trying to think of something to improve here in order to seem unbiased but nothing is coming to mind. It€™s close to campus, a dog park, and a good strip of food. I€™d highly recommend Modera for both families and students.more ...hide ...
