Despite leaving the apartment in a better condition than when we had moved in, there were dry boogers on all surfaces, a filthy bathroom and dust and dirt on the vents. My partner was overwhelmed by how repulsive the space was, and yet they kept our entire security deposit without even offering us a portion of it back. I would advise anyone to avoid this property management group, especially if they don't want to be financially and emotionally robbed. I'm thankful to have left when we did, as we found a place with more amenities in the downtown area that was subsidized by the government and that treated us with respect for the same price. more ... hide ...

Highly recommend this place Apart from amenities and location staff is really great Matt and Hannah both are always available to take care of any problems Move out and security deposit was fair and seamless Highly recommended
