No complaints about the apartment community. The community is run very professionally, and the staff are awesome!However, be forewarned. The Town of Estes Park allows an unofficial \"industrial park\" situation to flouriNo complaints about the apartment community. The community is run very professionally, and the staff are awesome!However, be forewarned. The Town of Estes Park allows an unofficial \"industrial park\" situation to flourish on Acacia Drive. Lots of heavy equipment, excavation, commercial construction, and general heavy commercial work. These activities start at 0600 and continue all day, seven days a week. Lots of noise, dust, carcinogenic diesel fumes, air brakes, unfinished construction projects, and speeding vehicles. NOT conducive to peaceful mountain living. Our residential roads are being destroyed by all the heavy equipment driving down the streets where children play. The noise pollution is worse here than when I lived in Denver, and the Town of Estes Park could care much less.more ...hide ...
