Was curious about an apartment but once the lady at the front desk rudely hung up on me while I was asking her questions I would seriously recommend not even applying to an unprofessional place like this
This is the worst place I live inThe services are very poor The basement always drownseven if there is no rainand my washing machine is no longer working because of this drowningnot to mention the broken and incomplete appliances
Called four times in a row each time was another strange interaction about how they could not hear me and they hung up rudely on me each time one time not saying anything at all

This is infuriating to me and why Ive decided to file a formal complaint with both the attorney general and another consumer affairs agency. Ive witnessed workers on numerous occasions yanking residents by their arms, half shoving them through doorways and into handicapped vans!!!!! Then Ive also seen one worker swat at one of the disabled residents while in the community. I tried following them and taking down the license plate number but the workers knew I was following them. So of course the best way for them to lose my trail was to speed off in the agency vehicle doing like 70 mph in a school zone!!! The only reason I knew it was ARC of Southington though was because of the tax exempt they used in the store but I wished I had been more observant to the workers names and gotten their license plate number. Those workers should be fired for what they do to the handicapped residents who are helpless and unable to defend themselves!!!!!! Just makes me so furious!!!more ...hide ...

We have bingo for money, bingo for prizes, adult coloring, crocheting club, and recently a cooking group has been started where they cook a delicious healthy meal free every Friday. I find it a comfortable and pleasant place to live during my elderly years. I recently adopted a cat to live with in my golden years so yes, even with size and other limitations pets are allowed here toomore ...hide ...
