They promised me I would have the apartment by a certain date, but that didn't happen. Eventually, I was given a date to move in, only to be told at the last minute that I had to wait due to an emergency transfer. It seems like me being homeless with 3 kids wasn't a priority for Ms. Jackson. I tried to find out how long it would be until I could move in, but Ms. Jackson either ignored me or hung up on me. The apartment I was meant to move into remained empty for a full month after the emergency transfer. Thankfully, my sister, who also lives in the same apartment complex, has let me stay with her. The neighbours here are unbearable- they bang when my one-year-old takes a step and yell out curses. This has led to my sister getting evicted due to a dispute they started. The kids around here are very disrespectful and this place is the perfect example of a ghetto. Do not attempt to apply. Ms. Jackson, the property manager, is extremely rude and unprofessional. Stay away from this place.more ...hide ...

Affordable housing. This well-kept apartment community is income based. Leasing and maintenance are helpful, and residents are friendly.

The location was great, with so many different places to go for walks close by. Target and shoprite were both really close, as well as the mall.Of all the apartments I€™ve lived at, this was my favorite. I think a big part was the natural lighting in the apartment complex. The staff was also really easy to talk to and I really respect that they walked through my apartment with me before I left. A few weeks later, they gave me my deposit back. I€™ve had issues with past apartments coming up with bogus reasons to keep the deposit, but I think everyone there is really honest. They also stay on top of reminding tenants the rules of the complex so everyone can enjoy the best environment possible. Thanks Village of Cantebury! I loved my time living theremore ...hide ...
