This place is a complete joke. I went to the open house to check out the two bedroom. I told the leasing manager I wanted to move in during the first week of September. I told the leasing manager I wanted to move in during the first week of September. I was informed that both one and two bedrooms were available for immediate occupancy. I was really drawn to the two bedroom. I had all the documents ready (as I was instructed) so I applied straight away. Days passed without a response and I had to contact her to discover that there were no two bedrooms available. There was actually a list of people who would get the two bedroom before me, but I could settle for a one bedroom. I was really disappointed and angry that I wasted my time and money applying. I still required a place to stay so I reluctantly accepted it. I was told I was approved to move in on 8/31/17, but that day came and went and nobody contacted me, and now it's 9/1/17 and I still haven't moved in - they're even still requesting more paperwork after I've already done everything they asked. They are dreadful and can't keep up with anything. The elevator was broken from Friday until Monday and it was all because the lazy, careless property manager didn't call and report it before she left for the weekend. Though I'm mad that I wasted my time, I'm glad it didn't work out because I wouldn't have wanted to put up with this unprofessional establishment.more ...hide ...
