They treat their tenants like money trees and try to shake every cent from them. They want far too much money than this place is worth. They want to increase rent yearly but fail to put any of that money back into the community into a meaningful way. Honestly though, if you dont do much, like of anything, then this place would probably be great for you, just dont count on being able to use any of the amenities more ... hide ...
