Horrible management. They billed us $1351 to a debt collector when our rent was $990. We left one month early with a written notice and talked with office staff. This place is trash from the buildings to their policies. They treat their tenants like money trees and try to shake every cent from them. They want far too much money than this place is worth. They want to increase rent yearly but fail to put any of that money back into the community into a meaningful way.
