Before I moved in, I spoke to the neighbors and what I heard was dismaying: "there's never any parking", "cars get vandalized because there aren't enough lights in the parking lots". And the most outrageous part is that some people who can't qualify bribe the people who process the applications to get in the complex. This means your application can be delayed or overlooked unless you pay a bit extra under the table. I'm telling you the truth, if you don't believe me, just stop by the community and converse with the people there or drive around the area after 6 pm and you'll see people driving in circles, trying to find a parking spot after a long day at work. The worst thing is when I talked to the people in charge they said no one speaks up so they don't do anything. They even laughed at me when I mentioned the bribes and called it a Christmas gift!
