My daughter has lived at one of their apartment for over a year and for the last 10 months her ac and heat had been broken . She has a child under 1 in that home and as of now is freezing literally and no one cares . You can€™t reach them by phone and they are not in the office hardly ever. It is a shame that our city is paying the majority of the income based apartments yet they are allowing an infant to be left in extreme heat and cold .
