My experience with this complex was a mess From the beginning of speaking with them I let them know we were looking for a garage for our car and they told us there were garages available My boyfriend and I both went ahead and applied and noticed on tMy experience with this complex was a mess From the beginning of speaking with them I let them know we were looking for a garage for our car and they told us there were garages available My boyfriend and I both went ahead and applied and noticed on the lease agreement there was no garage Reached out and was told there was one reserved for us and we would get a new lease agreement sent Then we are told that was incorrect information and that there is a waiting list for garages While at the same time we received a new lease agreement with a garage number Called the office and they confirmed we will NOT be getting a garage Why didnt they tell us there werent any available when we first toured the apartment At this point we had paid 300 in application fees and deposit fees Everyone gave different information throughout this whole process and we werent able to get any of our money back after stating we no longer want to live here They dont care Attached is the final email they sent couldnt even check their grammar before sendingmore ...hide ...
