This residence is the worst place to live. Never have I been in an apartment complex with such a multitude of issues. The leasing manager, Liliana, is the root of the problem. The leasing manager, Liliana, is the root of the problem. For instance, a recurrent incident occurs: I have two spots and a second car, which is not registered to me, that she is aware of. I told her I would put the car in my second spot and asked for the needed documents so it would not be towed. She provided me with a parking pass for three weeks, then gave me a hard time when I asked for another one. Before that, maintenance staff put stickers on my car and then called the tow company to take it away. In order to prevent it from being towed, I removed it from my spot (which I pay an extra $50 for on my rent). They still towed it to guest parking. When I went to the office to get the name of the person in charge, she refused until I had to involve the police. Even then, she gave the officers incorrect info. This is undoubtedly the worst place to live; it is too expensive for the lack of amenities.more ...hide ...
nice apartments but they charge extra for Everything like parking washer and dryer etc you cant have your own tv or internet provider and if you have a plant outside your door they give you a penalty
